At Yoga Chikitsa, we offer a well rounded, in depth 200RYT training program. Maybe you are as excited to share your love of yoga as we are, or maybe you aren’t sure about that part just yet, but you really want to know all you can about yoga…either way- inquire about our next training at Yoga Chikitsa!

We have designed this training to create a versatile and competent yoga teacher who is extremely grounded in her/his own practice and ready to lead students beyond the basic asana class. Increase your range of skills, gain deep wisdom, and grow beyond your own expectations.

Our transformational program is appropriate for those who wish to be certified to teach as well as those who want an inspiring deep dive into yoga. This unique program is much more than physical- students will learn yogic philosophy, pranayama, anatomy, meditation and more.

Some Details

Our 200HR Training typically begins near the start of the year or very early spring. Teacher training class size is kept intimate and a limited amount of applicants will be selected so that we can provide each student with the attention they deserve. Tuition Cost – $2750

Our once monthly weekend trainings are full days and you will also have a few short catch up sessions plus homework, practice, reading, and projects to work on in between training weekends. Plan on 6 training weekends followed by a few weeks to complete requirements and study, then a test date.
