Molly Rodriguez,

RYT200

Molly believes in the healing power of yoga and it’s ability to help people rekindle a conscious connection to themselves. This belief as well as her passion for the cosmos and their connection to each of us is felt in her classes. She believes it is not the asanas alone that transform, but the use of them in combination with pranayama and meditation. This is how transformation happens, and this is what Molly wishes to share with her students.

While living in Mexico City for five years, Molly went deeper into her yoga and spiritual practices, completing her yoga teacher training in Puerto Vallarta. She  began her teachings by leading moon circles on full and new moons before returning to Texas and coming on board with Yoga Chikitsa.

  • 200 hour certified with Anna Laurita at Davannayoga in Puerto Vallarta 2018

  • Yin Yoga certified with Sam Cress at Davannayoga in Puerto Vallarta 2020

  • Certified Teacher of Meditation and Mindfulness

Cindy Caperton, RYT500

Cindy discovered yoga in 2000 and used it to support the imbalances in her spine, find freedom in her range of motion and cultivate a new sense of awareness she never knew was possible. She began to conquer the fear in challenging yoga poses that was symbolic of the fear in other areas of her life. Since yoga has always been a source of healing for Cindy, she is very passionate about sharing it with others. She brings compassion and experience from her own healing process to guide others on their own path to wellness. Through ongoing study and personal practice she keeps a fresh attitude of exploration that she brings to her teaching. It is her desire to help others create a happier, healthier and more balanced life through the moving meditation of yoga.

Molly Reid, CYT200

Molly has always loved movement and began studying ballet at the age of five. She continued studying dance through her childhood and adolescence and took her first yoga class as a teen as a way to cross-train. Molly received her BFA in dance from Fordham University/the Alvin Ailey School in 2007 and danced for various small modern companies in NYC. She completed her 200RYT at YogaWorks in 2013. She first taught at a YMCA in Brooklyn before returning to her hometown of Dallas where she taught at several local studios. After a hiatus to focus on her two young children, Molly is excited to be teaching again. Molly’s classes focus on alignment while remaining playful; to her dancing, yoga, and other mind-body practices are equal parts self actualization and pleasure.

She studied under Ariel Gunn ERYT500 and Katherine Galligan Lee ERYT500 to receive her certifications.

When not in the studio, Julia likes spending time with family and friends, traveling, and watching movies.

Meagan Morton, CYT200

It was the hope of healing an injury and trying something new that brought Meagan to yoga, but it was the union between the mind and body that captured her heart. She completed her 200HR certificate in 2021 in her home studio of Yoga Chikitsa with Ariel Gunn and began teaching in August of 2022.

Meagan is passionate and genuine. Her thoughtful classes are rooted in the eight limbed path of yoga and she works to inspire people to learn more about their practice by going beyond the asanas and deeper into the self, an aspect of yoga she prioritizes.

“I cannot express the joy and honor I feel in my heart to be a part of your yoga journey.” -Meagan

Rebekah Brown, RYT500

Growing tired of traditional forms of exercise, yoga stumbled into Rebekah's life in January 2011. After months of struggling through a repetitious and mundane large gym routine, she happened into a group fitness class and was formally introduced to the world of yoga. Instantly she fell in love with a practice that fulfilled her need to move and "workout" yet left her feeling happier and more at peace than when she began. That fall she enrolled in a teacher training program and never looked back.

Robert Mason, RYT500

Robert shouldn’t like yoga. He was raised in a traditional Southern home with plenty of instruction on who he should be and what he should do, but none of that made sense to him and so began a life of self-exploration. His first yoga class at age 15 was little more than an advanced stretching class, but something about it clicked. He continued to attend classes over the next two decades, eventually fully embracing the yogic lifestyle. Originally trained in hot vinyasa and Ashtanga styles, Robert prefers the healing side of yoga and regularly teaches Yin and restorative yoga classes. Today, he is a spiritual yogi in the direct lineage of Parmahansa Yogananda, and tries to incorporate that philosophy into his daily life, even going so far as to run for US Congress on a vedic, vegan platform endorsed by the Green Party and the Humane Party. His yoga name, as bestowed by a Sihk guru, is Jaiprem Singh, which translates to “victory through love.”

Robert is an RYT500 yoga teacher with a certification in Thai yoga massage. He holds a BA from the Virginia Military Institute and an MBA from Carnegie Mellon University. He is currently completing a PhD in Positive Neuropsychology and working towards certification as an Ayurvedic Counselor.
